                                                ACT 1 SCENE 1 FR VICTOR: (SPEAKING IN REGRET) What value has this life been to me. My life is full of travails. The worst of all is that my secret life has been disclosed to my parishioners. Now everybody is looking on me with contempt. I have as well try my possible best to make meaning out of this life, but it dawns on me that I really followed the wrong path of life. I know I had series of conviction that I should not be a priest, but my parents would really not allow me to choose the best vocation of my life. It has cost me my happiness and my good name.
